形态描述
上、下唇很厚，并在口角处连成一整体。下颌明显后移，由此在下颌之前形成由上、下唇包围的一个口前室，其内壁布满密集的突起。雄性个体具眼前瓣，胸鳍第1分枝鳍条增厚。
生物学
This specialized noemacheiline loach is an ornamental fish. It is only found in the middle branches of the Nujiang River,and lives in the rapid current streams over gravelly bottom. There are numerous vertical folds around oral cleft in the prebuccal chamber.
